Donate Stuff
The Safe Amplification Site Society welcomes 'in-kind' donations. Please email secretary@safeamp.org if you have anything to donate! The following items are our highest priorities, but we're open to anything!
- A venue. Do you have access to a large indoor space where 100 or so individuals can gather to perform and listen to live music? Even if it's only available on a temporary / part-time / occasional basis, we would be very interested in holding events there. Examples include auditoriums, church basements, youth centres, school gymnasiums, etc.
- A PA system including mixer, speakers, microphones, stands and cables. The current priority is a small-ish system which can be easily transported to various locations for Safe Amp events. Once we open our permanent venue, we will be seeking a larger PA system which will be permanently installed.
- Anything that can be sold at a garage sale fundraiser.
- Anything that can be used as a prize in a raffle, contest or draw.
- Printing services - or a printer and endless supplies of ink and paper.
- T-shirts, pins, stickers and other merch items that we can sell as a fundraiser and awareness-raiser. We accept blank supplies that our members can turn into SASS merch as well as fully-made SASS merch that you have created.
- Stationary supplies - various types, including large poster paper, envelopes, regular office paper, pens, pencils, markers, etc.
- Postage stamps - various denominations.
- Food and beverages that can be sold or given away at our meetings and events.
